Advancing fine arts in the mountain community of Big Bear Lake, CA JULY Pine Knot Village Art Walk, 2011 The Pine Knot Village Art Walk is scheduled for July 2,3, 4 2011. With more than 50 local and regional artists exhibiting work for sale, live painting and technique demonstrations, the Art Walk is becomming one of the regions premiere fine art events. Historic Pine Knot Village is the retail shopping district located in the heart of the City of Big Bear Lake, CA. With it's many shops, art galleries, restaurants and ample free public parking, Pine Knot Village is the place to unwind, breathe in and experience the Mountain Life Style and see what Big Bear Lake is all about. AUGUST Art on the Lake, 2011 The 2011 Art on the Lake event hosted by The Arts Council of Big Bear Valley and is scheduled for August 20 and 21, 2011. The Arts Council of Big Bear Valley presents its 11th Annual Fine Arts Festival - Art on the Lake. With 60 artists from throughout Southern California exhibiting and selling their works, the Festival is open to the public - no admission fee.
