Exhibitor Information



The festival is located outdoors, along Pine Knot Ave and Village Dr. The event is rain or shine,
there will be no rain/contingency plan. There are no refunds after the entry deadline (May 3,
2010). Booth Space Booth space is 10' x 10'. Artists must provide their own display booths,
tents, weights to anchor tents, racks, tables and chairs. Artists are responsible for the assembly
and disassembly of all items. Artists should prepare for the possibility of inclement weather
conditions such as intense sun, heat, cold, wind, rain or any/all of the aforementioned. Welcome
to the Mountains.

The event coordinator is Tim Breunig. If you need a booth sitter, customer service runner or
anything else, call Tim @ 909-878-3556.

1. No nails or stakes are allowed in the street, sidewalks or planter areas.
2. Booth space cannot be shared by more than one artist, but one artist can purchase more than
one booth.
3. Electricity is not available. Generators are not allowed.
4. No music shall be played from inside or near your booth.
5. All children must be closely supervised.
6. No sides or sidewalls are allowed on canopies. Freestanding display walls are acceptable.
7. Display walls and tables shall not exceed the footprint of canopy.
8. No signs or banners are allowed. All displays are subject to good taste and the event
coordinator.
9. Pets are not allowed at the festival for their own safety as well as the safety of others.
10.No open flames of any kind are allowed without special permit by the City of Big Bear Lake Fire
Department and Building and Safety Department. Contact the City of Big Bear Lake for information
and permit process requirements.
11. Set up shall not commence prior to 8:00 AM on Sat. or Sun. Set up shall be completed by
10:00 AM on Sat and Sun.Take down shall not commence prior to 6:00 PM on Sat and 4:00 PM
on Sun.
